As a teaching salon, we pride ourselves in fostering growth and preparing the next generation of industry-leading hairstylists. We strive to provide a laid-back luxury environment and maintain a calm, carefree experience for guests and team members alike.

Salon Policies

  • To make your experience as chill as possible, we require a credit card number at the time of booking to secure your appointment, which will be stored securely on file. That way we're able to make your check-out process smooth and painless on the day of your appointment. By booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy below.
  • To ensure you and every one of our guests has the chillest experience possible, please arrive on time for every appointment. If you notify us that you're running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. It may not be possible to extended some services for late arrivals, and those appointments will end at their scheduled times so the next guests are not inconvenienced.
  • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult while in our waiting area, and no children will be allowed in our service area unless they are receiving a service.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require advance notice of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, same day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services to the credit card on file.

Retail Return Policy

  • We want every one of our guests to love the products they purchase from Chill. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value, or return it for a full salon credit toward future services or products.
  • Returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
